🚨 New Equipment, Stronger Care 🚨

We're proud to welcome two new LUCAS 3 mechanical CPR devices to our fleet! 🚑❤️ These devices deliver consistent, high-quality chest compressions during cardiac arrest — giving our crews more hands to focus on other lifesaving care, and giving our patients the best possible chance.

These new devices were made possible by the Town of Rehoboth, funded through a warrant article approved at the 2024 Annual Town Meeting. Thank you to our residents for continuing to invest in the health and safety of our community!

🌡️ Heat Wave Expected in Massachusetts This Week

Hot weather can be dangerous—and even life-threatening.

While anyone can be affected, older adults, young children, pregnant women, outdoor workers, and people with chronic health conditions are at greater risk.

Stay safe by:
💧 Drinking plenty of water
🚫 Limiting alcohol
☀️ Avoiding strenuous activity during the hottest parts of the day
🌳 Taking breaks in the shade or air conditioning
🥗 Keeping food cold and discarding food left in the heat too long
❤️ Checking on family, friends, neighbors, and others who may be at higher risk

Thanks to our duty crew, off duty personnel and Attleboro Firefighters PFFM Local 848, three back to back calls were answered this morning and all three patients transported to area hospitals. Also thanks to Rehoboth Police and Rehoboth Ma Fire Department for their support on scene assisting our crews and the mutual aid ambulance.
