We’re inviting families and PTAs to recognize the educators who inspire, encourage and make learning meaningful every day. And entering is super simple—you can share your entry right here in the comments of this Facebook post or on your own page!

Membership Tip!

When it comes to membership, the easier you make it for families to join, the more likely they are to say YES! Here are three simple ways to keep your invitation to join front and center:

📣 Use every communication channel. Share your invitation through emails, texts, newsletters, flyers, banners, school marquees and social media. And always include a direct link to your PTA membership page or form!

🙋 Ask in person, all year long. Make membership part of every PTA and school event—virtual, in-person or drive-thru. A simple, personal invitation can go a long way!

💻 Add a “Join PTA” button. Make membership easy to find by adding a Join PTA button or link to all your online event registrations and volunteer sign-ups.

Remember: If it’s easy to join, it’s easier to say YES!

🍎 Wellness Wednesday | Every Day Counts!
A successful school day starts with simply being there! Help make the journey to school something kids can look forward to—walk or ride with a friend, wear school colors, play “I Spy,” or find another fun way to connect along the way.

And remember: safe journeys matter, too. Use sidewalks and crosswalks, follow Crossing Guard instructions, dress to be seen, and know the safest route to school or the bus stop. 🚸

Every day is another opportunity to learn, grow, and connect! 💙

Today, we’re remembering Dolly Parton—an extraordinary artist, but also a tireless champion for children, literacy and education.

Yes, Dolly gave us unforgettable music. But her impact reaches far beyond the stage. Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, she helped put more than 325 million books into the hands of children around the world, inspiring a love of reading and helping families build a foundation for learning.

Her music may be her legacy, but so are the millions of children who grew up with a book in their hands because of her.

Dolly’s belief in the power of children, books and education will continue to inspire generations to come.
