We have been working a lot with Clay and Happy, the pair whose mom passed away. Clay had more of an attachment to Happy and while navigating the grief due to the passing of their owner, we didn't push their independence too much and hoped for an adoption together.

Knowing pairs are challenging to find adopters for, increasing Clay started finding his sense of self again, we worked on gaining independence and confidence. They have been thriving! Clay has learned to play with the other dogs and alone with us and is a very happy dude. Clay loves to play ball and soccer!! He is an incredible goalie and even kicks the ball back into play. It's really something neat to watch and if he learned the rules of the game, he could be a superstar.

Due to the success in separation and confidence, we are super excited to announce their independent adoption availability!!

Baby Nova update!

Her eyes are mostly changed from blue to grey-ish so our little baby is growing up!

She will continue to hit many developmental milestones in the next month as she learns social skills and confidence, manners and kennel training, gets vaccinations and soon after, be ready for adoption!

No doubt this little baby will be a stunner when she grows up!

Beetlejuice came into the shelter back in October from the city pound. While he took a little bit of time to warm up to those of us that cared for him, he was not hesitant with expressing his love for whipped cream (hint: that’s how some staff won him over). This evening, Beetlejuice went into foster-to-adopt with his new buddy, Wrangler!

Congrats, baby Beetlejuice! Fingers crossed it works out, buddy! 🐶❤️

These 2 are in need of a great home. They are fixed and have vet records. My friend can not care for them due to health issues.
