CALLING ALL HOPE INSTITUTE SUPPORTERS. It is happening, we are seeing an opportunity to acquire a camp ground and begin the transition toward The HOPE Institute Mission. If you have supported us in the past, you were supporting that mission, and we are calling on you to take another step toward helping people seeking HOPE to find coaching, shelter and training. We need the following:

Hello Friends, We need to talk Community Land Trusts. As you know I have been working to develop a model for H.O.P.E. Communities for many years. One of the challenges has been to find properties to develop into the communities. Also, making the homes affordable for people is a challenge as well. If you are knowledgeable about Community Land Trusts and how they work, please comment below! This may be the answer.
