Hi everyone! As you know Pink Heals Manitowoc County WI holds a special place in my heart: they have helped my beautiful sister Tess and my great nephew Finn through their battles with cancer. They help so many people in Manitowoc county as the battle cancer. Their annual golf outing is coming up!!! Want to register a golf team?? Today was a GREAT day! Finn got to ring the bell....he is cancer free!!!! +100 days post transplant and it is all GREAT news! He is 'passed' back to his oncologist and doctors at Children's Hospital. The U of M transplant hospital only needs to see him every 6 months. GOD IS GOOD!!!!!

Quick update! There will be a card reader available for you to pay for raffle basket tickets and silent auction items only, on Saturday. There is an ATM at the course for you to use, but we are capable of taking your cards for those 2 things! 50/50, hole games & skins game are CASH only.

We are excited to speed up the Raffle Basket calling system for Saturday :) Calling tickets with 6 or more numbers is kind of a pain! On Saturday, when you purchase your RED raffle basket tickets, you will be given a numbered poker chip. (We'll have you write your

name & phone number on our master list).

The number on your poker chip, will be the number you write on the back of your red tickets. (If your chip has number 27 on it...27 is the number you will write down on EACH ticket) and fill the baskets!

Calling numbers will be MUCH easier & quicker. Lose your chip? No problem...we'll have it written down on our master list)

*Pens will be available!*

100 of these kits arrived today on the porch. They will be available Saturday at the outing. Anyone between the ages of 18-40 PLEASE consider taking a kit & becoming part of the national data base for BE THE MATCH! YOU could be saving a life just with a simple swab of your cheek!

The weather for Saturday looks GREAT!!!!! Finn had a great day today. Just look at that smile!!

For those of you coming out Saturday...we are at 70 (yes! 70) raffle baskets & counting! 16 silent auction items!!

Finns favorite color is green so feel free to wear GREEN Saturday!

Also offering special “green” drinks on the Bev cart & bar! Part of each “green” drink sold will go to Finn & his Family.

Next week, Finn should be admitted to the UW hospital to begin the transplant process!!!

T-MINUS 5 DAYS until the golf outing and it seems as though the county has decided to put a wrench in our way. They are repairing the bridge on Union Road and it will be OUT until November. This affects people coming from the East heading West to Branch. You should plan on taking Hwy JJ West, to Union Road. Take a Right (heading North) and you'll come in from the West.
