Friends of Reedley Library

The Friends of Reedley will be accepting gently used items for the ongoing sale shelf at Reedley Library. Call 559-638-2818 before donating. We do NOT accept text books, encyclopedias or VHS tapes. Everything must be clean. If it's been in your garage for 10 years, it probably won't pass the acceptance test. Be sure to ask for a receipt for your donation - it's tax deductible!

The beginning of September brings Fall programming events to Reedley Library. Storytime and Maker's Club are back starting this week!
Mon, Aug 31: Crochet & Knitting Circle at 5:30pm.
Wed, Sept 2: Storytime at 11am. Geared for 0-5 years but older kids are welcome.
Wed, Sept 2: Maker's Club at 2:30pm. Geared for ages 6-12. Crafts, Legos or Snap Cicuits.
Thurs, Sept 3: Adult Color Me Calm at 6pm.
Sat, Sept 5: Read To A Dog at 10am.
Sat, Sept 5: One-on-one Computer Help. Call Dana to reserve a spot: 559-600-9283.
All events are free and all supplies are provided.

Reedley Library is looking for 'Talent'. We have Talent Tuesday on the second Tuesday of each month. We like to feature local schools, local business and well, locals! We have had Reedley College, Reedley High School, River City Theatre, Sierra Music School, Shades of Jazz, Reedley Museum, Queen D'z Dance, Animal Talk with bones and skulls, and many more. The 'Talent' gets free publicity and the guests to Talent Tuesday learn about what our library has to offer - Win! Win!
