---Community Based Matches---
An adult Big donates at least one hour per week or four hours per month to a child. The Big serves as a role model and friend to a child in a one-on-one mentoring relationship. The matches last at least one year. Bigs and Littles spend time doing activities they have common interest in. Each month, a planned activity is also available for them to attend.
---Lunch Buddies---
Adults donate one lunch hour per week to eat with a child at Gladwin Intermediate. Matches spend their lunch not only eating, but talking about their week and playing small games.
