Technology and Trades on the Prairie The vision of Technology and Trades on the Prairie is to promote the economic vitality of careers in What is the Career Institute? Lunch will be provided.

At the Career Institute, students gain an awareness of the careers in technology and trades in SW Minnesota and connect with the area companies offering these careers. Dates: (Must attend all 3 days)

The Career Institute is a free event. When submitting an application, please keep in mind that the number is limited to 60. Because t

here will be a waiting list, applicants are asked to call 651-270-5753 if they are not able to attend no later than July 5th. Students who refer 2 friends to attend the 2017 Career Institute will receive a $25 gift card for Amazon.com, and students who refer 5 friends will receive a $40 Amazon.com gift card. Time:

Thank you to all the students, schools, businesses, colleges, and volunteers for making the 2023 Career Institute a success! Students from 6 different schools participated in 30 different hands on sessions all geared towards different careers in the tech and trades industries. All sessions were hosted by local businesses and colleges, thanks again to all for participating!
