YAY! Our very own Elana graduated last week with her Masters of Art in Applied Theatre! As part of her thesis, she helped to create and facilitate a collaborative storytelling experience for kindergartners in NYC. Huge congratulations, Elana! We can't wait to see what you do next. 🧡

What are the invisible burdens we carry in silence?

"the weight of shadows hums between, not quite hidden not quite seen"

Lyric from Alex and Maya's song "The Weight" that inspired mask making for our Growing in the Silence project. This is the Stone Mask that asks: What is the weight we hold everywhere we go? How do we silence ourselves and shield ourselves from the outside world as a form of protection?

Share your thoughts, ideas, and feelings that arise when contemplating this mask and how it might resonate with you.
