What a fantastic day of junior squash! 🎾🏆

Last Saturday, we welcomed 28 participants for our Junior Squash Tournament, and every player brought incredible energy, focus, and sportsmanship to the court.

From first-time competitors to players continuing to build their match experience, our juniors played some of their very best squash. We were especially proud to see them not only compete, but also practice important tournament skills like marking and refereeing — a big step in learning the game from every angle.

Thank you to all of the players, families, coaches, and supporters who helped make the day such a success. Events like this are about more than match scores — they are about confidence, growth, community, and helping young players discover what they are capable of.

Congratulations to all of our participants! We loved seeing you get on court, support one another, and give your best effort. 💛🖤

🏆 This Saturday, the courts at Squash Zone light up for our Junior Squash Tournament — and we can't wait!

Built on the success of our Squash Knockout and Squashpolloza events, this is a US Squash Universal Rating System tournament designed especially for novice junior players stepping into competitive match play for the very first time. Check out what's in store:

✅ 7 Skill Draws (0.75–3.5) so every player competes at their level
✅ Modified Serving Rules for the 0.75 draw
✅ Every player GUARANTEED 3 matches
✅ Trophies for draw winners, finalists & consolation round winners
✅ A custom tournament t-shirt for every participant

Join us for our upcoming Junior Squash Tournament 🏆🎾

Following the success of our Squash Knockout and Squashpolloza, we're back with a US Squash Universal Rating System tournament built specifically to give novice junior players their very first taste of competitive match play. Whether your child is just finding their footing on the court or starting to develop their game, this is the perfect stepping stone!

📋 TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

✅ 7 Skill Draws ranging from 0.75 to 3.5 (in .5 increments) — so every player competes at the right level
✅ Modified Serving Rules for the 0.75 draw — because we know serving can be tough when you're just starting out!
✅ All competitors are GUARANTEED 3 matches
✅ Trophies awarded to draw winners, finalists, AND consolation round winners
✅ Every participant receives a custom tournament t-shirt 👕

Congratulations to Estefany, our amazing 7th grader, who has been awarded a full scholarship to Sacred Heart Preparatory School in Atherton!

That's TWO of our students earning full scholarships to Sacred Heart Prep — and we couldn't be more proud of both of them. Estefany's achievement is a powerful reminder of what young people can accomplish when they have opportunity, support, and the determination to work hard every single day.

🌸 Spring Break has arrived for our Squash on Track students! 🎉

Our amazing young athletes and scholars are taking a well-earned break this week. They've been working hard on the squash courts AND in their academics, and they deserve every moment of rest and fun!

We'll be back soon — ready to keep learning, growing, and smashing goals together. 🏆

🎉 A Big Shoutout to Our Amazing Students & a Very Special Tutor! 🎉

We love when initiative meets opportunity! Yash Moolchandani, one of our dedicated high school tutors, came to us with a great idea — he wanted to run an event for our Squash on Track students as part of a school assignment. We said YES, and the result was an incredible afternoon of competitive squash, great sportsmanship, and plenty of fun! 🏆🎾

Yash and our program director organized a handicap tournament for 12 of our students in a round-robin format, meaning every single child got plenty of court time and matches. That's what it's all about!

Here's how our champions finished:

🥇 1st Place — Eli
🥈 2nd Place — Kevin
🥉 3rd Place — Isaac
🏅 Best Sportsperson — Hunter
⭐ Most Improved Player — Junior

After the trophies were handed out, we celebrated the right way — with a pizza party! 🍕

We are so proud of ALL 12 students who competed, and we couldn't be more grateful to Yash for bringing this vision to life. This is exactly the kind of community spirit that makes Squash on Track so special.

🎉 What an incredible weekend at the Spring Spectacular! 🎉

Last weekend, our annual Spring Spectacular fundraising squash tournament brought together an amazing group of players, supporters, and squash lovers — and together, we EXCEEDED our fundraising goal for programs at squashontrack.org! 🙌

What makes this event extra special? The very youth who benefit from the Squash on Track program were right there on the courts, competing alongside our adult players as part of the teams. Watching them play, compete, and shine was the highlight of the day — and a powerful reminder of exactly why we do this.

This event wouldn't be what it is without the incredible generosity of our players and donors who give so wholeheartedly to support youth squash. A heartfelt THANK YOU to every single one of you.

A huge shoutout to Squash Zone, whose members are the backbone of this event year after year — your commitment to the squash community and to making a difference is truly inspiring.

Congratulations to our winning team — you played beautifully! And to every team that competed: you showed up, had fun, and made a real impact. That's what Spring Spectacular is all about.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Squash Zone community, we've raised approximately $6,000 towards our $10,000 goal for the Spring Spectacular 2026!
