ACTION NEEDED NOW! The U.S. Senate released the fourth pandemic relief package called the "HEALS Act" and once again DID NOT include any funding to help support the needs of the disability community during the pandemic. As one of the most vulnerable to COVID-19, peeople with developmental disabilies, thier families and the workforce need extra protections to stay safe and healthy in the coming months and to continue getting the safetynet of supports in-person as needed, and remotely. PLEASE HELP by letting your members of Congress know that we cannot be left behind again! PLEASE SHARE WIDELY!

There are many important updates in this week's video message by Bryan Neider, AbilityPath CEO that you don't want to miss. Most importantly, while creates many uncertainties for the coming months, we will continue remote services while closely monitoring the California Department of Developmental Services for more details on how to resume in-person, site based services for the adults in our programs and for the families with children receiving pediatric therapy services. We will keep you updated through these regular video updates.

We are here to support our staff and those we serve in any way possible during this difficult time. We want to get back to operating as we did before the pandemic as soon as possible. Please wear your mask, wash your hands and social distance so we can flatten the curve.

Don't forget to visit our website abilitypath.org for access to a lot of information about our programs and COVID-19 resources, and contact us with any issues or concerns at [email protected]
