Recently, ACS' Executive Director Douglas Styles Psy. D. spoke with M/Oppenheimer about the current state of mental health for adolescents in the midst of emerging technologies and future state of our community. Social connection, feeling seen, and empathy for others remain pillars for fostering good mental health in adolescents as they transition to adulthood. The belief that every young person deserves to feel seen and grow to adulthood is at the foundation of the work we do every day.

You are not alone. ACS is starting this 5-week parent group provides a safe and welcoming space for caregivers of children and adolescents experiencing anxiety to share challenges, celebrate successes, receive support, and learn from one another in a facilitated group setting.

LOCATION: Online
TIME: Wednesdays 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
DATES: July 9 – August 5, 2026
COST: $100 for 5-session series, $150 if both parents attend (Please inquire about our sliding scale)
