You do not have to be vegan to enjoy this. If you’re curious, hungry, or just love good food and good people, this night is for you. Come taste how delicious plant-based food can be — whether you identify as vegan or not.

We’re excited to welcome “lil Vegerie”, an amazing vegan restaurant right here in Redondo Beach, just blocks from the Center. Come try what they have to offer, along with all the incredible delicacies everyone brings. There’s always a ton of food and so many flavors to explore.

Bring a dish to share and come hungry. No need to RSVP🌿

Wow, what a weekend! This has truly been an amazing retreat. We really felt the oneness in our connection to ourselves, to our community, and to Spirit.

Days three and four were just as magical as the beginning of the retreat. We started the day with meditation with Rev. Gregory and yoga with Paresh, followed by an amazing Sunday service led by Dr. Michael McMorrow. Then came an afternoon of workshops, one led by Rev. Espie Ramos and another by Rev. Mary Morgan.

As if that wasn’t enough, we had kirtan chanting with Elise Carver, accompanied by Jean-Louis and Rebecca. It was truly a transcendent experience to raise our voices together in community. To close the night, we had an amazing talent show featuring all kinds of acts from our community, where we celebrated each other’s authentic essence.

This morning we had our closing ceremony led by Rev. Gregory Toole. It was beyond words, and you just had to be there. We will say this: so much love was felt.

We left with our hearts full, feeling the connection to oneness, to each other, and to the truth of who we truly are. What a beautiful community this is. See you next year!

This Wednesday! Ecstatic Dance is a chance to move exactly how your body wants to move. No choreography, no talking, no judgment. Just music, breath, and full permission to let energy shift.

Some people dance wildly. Some move slowly. Some close their eyes and sway. There’s no right way to do it. It’s about getting out of your head and into your body.

An evening of movement, release, and connection.

$20 suggested donation. No one turned away. Come as you are. Leave lighter.
