Skechers Friendship Walk is Sunday, October 18th!

As of today, RUHS is at 58 % of our goal of 490 walkers.

REGISTER TO WALK WITH OUR SCHOOL

https://www.rbef.org/events/skechers/

and RBEF for the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk supporting kids with special needs AND our public schools.

MORE WALKERS = MORE MONEY TO OUR SCHOOL. This is the best part: the $30 registration fee always comes right back to our school!

Sign up your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and even your PETS. This is also a great opportunity for family members and grandparents near and far to support our school. The more registered walkers we get, the more money our school receives!

How will you walk on Sunday, October 18th? Will you…Walk the walk? Virtual Walk? Walk your Dog? All registered walkers (in person or virtual) count for your school.

This week marked the first of our three Money Matters Lunch & Learns!

A huge thank-you to Kinecta Federal Credit Union for hosting such a fun, interactive session and teaching our students real-world financial skills—from budgeting and account types to check writing and balancing needs vs. wants.

We are so grateful for our community partners and volunteers who brought this together:

• The Slice & Pint for keeping everyone fueled with delicious pizza and salad

• Our dedicated PTSA board members for organizing behind the scenes

• All the fantastic students who showed up ready to learn!

See you at session two!
