☀️Rise & Shine ☀️ Redondo: Thursday, 9/10, 7:45-9am - Untapped Talent, Building Workforce Partnerships

What if your next great employee is someone you’ve never considered hiring?

Join NRBBA for Rise & Shine Redondo with Ed Lynch, Founder and CEO of Mychal’s Learning Place, a South Bay organization helping youth and adults with developmental disabilities build workplace skills and confidence, one job at a time.

What started as a father’s tribute to his daughter has grown into a thriving enterprise, one that prepares people for real jobs while helping businesses build stronger, more inclusive teams.

Ed will share the story of Mychal’s Learning Place, its impact on businesses and families, and how partnering with them can solve real workforce needs while changing lives. You’ll also hear about Mychal’s Print & Embroidery, opening this summer at 2202 Artesia Blvd, ready to supply your business with custom apparel and branded merchandise, with a mission behind it.

Come hear how inclusive employment is building something lasting for our community.
