Jefferson Elementary PTA Redondo Beach The Jefferson PTA supports Jefferson Elementary School by offering a number of enrichment activities, family social gatherings, and volunteer opportunities.

Through the PTA, teachers and students are provided with additional resources to support and enhance the school curriculum. The following enrichment programs are entirely funded by the PTA:

Art – Hands On Art education taught to all students throughout the year. Assemblies – Various speakers and performers are brought to the school. Reflections – A national PTA arts recognition program. All students are invited to participate. Field Trips – Students have the opportunity to attend 1-2 field trips during the school year. PTA pays for buses and entry fees. In addition, the PTA provides teacher grants to reimburse our teachers for out-of-pocket classroom expenses and curriculum based teaching materials, as well as one large grant for a project proposed by Jefferson Elementary School teachers. We also sponsor family social activities, such as Back to School Ice Cream Social, Fall Family Night, Spring Family Event, Mother/Son Laser Tag, Father/Daughter Dance, Parents Night Out, and Moms Night Out. There are many events scheduled throughout the year.

Who lives for a little competition??!

🏆…LET THE SCHOOL SPIRIT BEGIN! 🏆

WE’RE ADDING FRIENDLY COMPETITION TO THIS YEAR’S RBEF INVESTOR DRIVE.

The school with the highest percentage of families donating to the Investor Drive will win the ultimate school bragging rights: a trophy 🏆, a BIG celebration 🎉, and an ice cream truck 🍦 visit to your school, thanks to the incredible generosity of RBEF long-time supporter David Coe from Coe Real Estate.

So rally grandparents, friends, neighbors, and fellow parents. Every family who participates helps move your school closer to the top of the leaderboard.

Who will be the school that will take home the trophy (and the ice cream truck experience)?

All donations pledged or received by September 25 will be counted the competition. The RBEF Investor Drive is off to an AMAZING start!

⭐ $180,000 raised toward the annual goal!

If you haven’t donated yet, there is still time. Each gift brings us one step closer to making an even bigger impact for Redondo Beach students.

Let’s keep the momentum going!
