Anyone interested in trying Dragon boat paddling? My Kaiser team is having newbie day this Saturday, 7:30 am, at Mother's Beach in Long Beach. It's a great workout! Please let me know if you want can come by tomorrow (sorry, late notice!), so I can rsvp for you (so we will have enough paddles and PFD's to share).
