Last week we had the honor of attending the PV Juniors Philanthropy Disbursement Event. Vanessa Scott (left) shared her experience with the support she and her 8-year-old daughter received through the Taking Time Big/Little Timers Children’s Bereavement Program that is partially funded by PV Juniors.

Thank you to PV Juniors for your generous support!🌟💛

A reminder to take time to paint. 🎨

Putting brush to canvas can be more than creative expression: it can be a quiet release. Painting offers space to process emotions that are hard to put into words, turning stress, grief, or overwhelm into something tangible. In the act of creating, there’s room to slow down, reflect, and gently let go, finding moments of calm, clarity, and healing along the way.

We’re proud to celebrate one of our volunteers, Hugh Saetia, whose artwork was awarded first place in the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for California’s 36th District, hosted by Congressman Ted Lieu.

Hugh’s winning piece will be displayed for one year in the United States Capitol alongside artwork from congressional districts across the country. This June, he will also travel to Washington, D.C. to be formally recognized at the annual awards ceremony.

Congratulations, Hugh! 🌟
