Adopt the Arts is excited to participate at the Fall Family Festival on November 15th with our first official Changels performance of the season!
Students representing six of our adopted schools in Coachella Valley will take the main stage at noon at this family friendly free event in La Quinta's SilverRock Park! Hope to see you there!

The free-to-attend daylong event takes place Nov. 15 at SilverRock Park, a 14-acre city-owned public park located at 51900 SilverRock Way.

We had the most incredible time at choreography day with our 2026-27 Changels Honor Choir! Six different PSUSD schools were represented and the kids worked so hard to learn their movements and songs for the upcoming season! Special thanks to Agua Caliente Elementary school for hosting, to all of our music teachers and principals, the district staff who coordinated transportation and substitutes, our wonderful dance and vocal instructors who came out from LA, and to our helpful volunteers. But most of all, thank you to the Changels who put their hearts and souls into it today. We can’t wait for our first official performance in November at the Fall Family Festival!

Nothing makes us happier than hearing from our former students and to see where their paths have led them....we just got word that one of the first students to go through the Adopt the Arts program at Rosewood Elementary joined the touring company of Dogman, The Musical! Break a Leg Aariahn! We're so proud of you!

REMINDER: The Sound & Vision Concert film and record release party has been postponed to Sunday, November 22nd. There will be a 3pm showing that is free for PSUSD students and families through the ticket link provided by the district. NEW DATE!

Adopt the Arts (FILM) has moved to Nov. 22, 2026

All tickets, purchases and reservations already made for September 13 will automatically be honored on November 22. No action is required.

The new date will feature the same two events and times:

3:00 PM — Community Screening
A special screening for PSUSD students, families and educators, featuring the concert film from the March 2 Sound & Vision Awards.

7:00 PM — Sound & Vision Screening & Record Release Celebration
