The Mother Within: A Mother’s Day Workshop & Gong Bath
Whether or not you are a mother, you have been shaped by one. You have needed to be held. And at some point, you are called to become the one who can hold – yourself, others, and the spaces you move through.
There are many ways a woman moves through the world: creating, caring, protecting, intuiting, and evolving. Across cultures and traditions, these qualities have been expressed through goddess archetypes that reflect the full range of the feminine experience.
This workshop explores those archetypes not as distant mythology, but as living patterns within you. You’ll learn practical tools inspired by the goddesses – what they brought into the world, and how that same intelligence lives within you as something you can access, embody, and bring forward in your own life.
The Mother is a way of being. She is the part of you that knows how to:
* Create and bring life into form
* Offer care without losing yourself
* Set boundaries that protect what matters
* Listen inward and trust your knowing
Guided by Farnaz Reneker, Co-Founder of Wellspring, Founder of The Temple Architect and author of the upcoming SHE: The Breath Between Worlds, this experience draws from her work bridging ancient wisdom with modern, embodied practice.
This workshop is an immerse, interactive temple space and a place to gather with like-minded women moving through similar currents of life.
At the center of this work is what Farnaz calls the Sacred Well. The inner source of calm, rhythm, and truth that exists within all of us. When that inner water steadies, everything around us begins to steady as well.
The evening concludes with a 45-minute sound bath featuring a variety of gongs and singing bowls, offering space to relax, reset, and integrate – allowing the body to soften and honor the mother within, as well as the mothers who have shaped our lives.
