On September 15, join NAMI Eastside WA for a special Forum with Elected Officials featuring King County Executive Girmay Zahilay, State Senator Vandana Slatter, State Representatives My-Lin Thai, Osman Salahuddin, and Carolyn Eslick.

Together with School Board representatives, crisis responders, City Council members, Human Services leaders and staff, behavioral health providers, community leaders, and NAMI members, we'll discuss today's behavioral health challenges and tomorrow's solutions.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the violence at the Bite of Seattle festival.

In the wake of tragedy, many people may experience grief, fear, anxiety, anger, shock, or other difficult emotions. These reactions are normal, and support is available.

NAMI Eastside stands with our community and extends our deepest condolences to the victims, their loved ones, and all who have been impacted. We are grateful that our colleagues from NAMI Seattle who were attending the event were unharmed.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? Join NAMI Eastside at two exciting Redmond events and help us connect more people with mental health support, education, and resources.

📍 Neighborhood Fair
📅 Friday, July 24, 2026 | 🏢 Hopelink Redmond Center

⏰ Three volunteer shifts available between 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (2-hour shifts)
📍 Derby Days
📅 Saturday, July 25, 2026 | 🏢 Redmond City Hall Campus
⏰ Three volunteer shifts available between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2-hour shifts)

✨ Volunteers will help distribute information and answer questions about NAMI Eastside's programs and services.
