Redlands Sister Cities The City of Redlands is located in Southern California approximately 60 miles east of Los Angeles.

Redlands Sister Cities Association (RCSA) is a non-profit organization that cooperates with the City of Redlands to foster increased international understanding and friendship around the world. It is known for the high quality navel oranges grown in the area, its many historic homes and the University of Redlands.
