“God know”

God knows for me is my Faith in the Trinity that God is in complete control of this life and that human beings have free will so sometimes we the ones messing up this life because of our free will.

Feed the Spirit and Mind will have more information to think about other than CNN or Fox News or what ever media outlet.

That’s called an affliction..

Too much tv can cause or trigger things we are fearful of.

Worry is a human being flaw..

The Bible has a scripture for Worry because worry is a sin and sin is also rebellion.. rebellion up against what God has to say about these world systems and who we get to Be Being

If our happiness is connected to circumstances than we feel we can’t control the outcomes... but you do have control what that means about you or the circumstances.

It’s ok to have concerns.
We will have circumstances until we die.

But when a circumstance becomes a concern and the concern becomes a worry.. it creates a level of anxiety..

So how we think about this life is up to us directly.

God gives us tools to not have to live in worry.

I stand on..

*Philippians 4:13 (NIV)* - "I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

*Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV)* - "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

*Ephesians 2:19 (NIV)* - "Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household."


*John 16:33 (NIV)* - "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

**Anxiety:**
*Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)* - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

**Anxious:**
*1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)* - "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

**Worry:**
*Matthew 6:34 (NIV)* - "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
