Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs (MAFE) proudly introduces Mrs. Elysée Deumany, Vice President and Board Member of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Cameroon, our esteemed partner for the Michigan-Cameroon Women Entrepreneurship Exchange Program.
Mrs. Deumany is a leading figure in women's entrepreneurship in Cameroon and Central Africa, through the Women's Entrepreneurship Commission of the HCA-AC (High Council for Central African Affairs), driven by the ECCAS Commission. She is recognized for her inspiring leadership, her unwavering commitment to economic and social development, and her significant impact on women entrepreneurs.
Mrs. Deumany founded ELBING SARL, a company specializing in building with BIM digital mock-ups, as well as in the production of advertising media and textiles for events. This entrepreneurial initiative reflects her innovative spirit and ability to create solutions tailored to market needs.
She holds several leadership positions in organizations dedicated to promoting women's entrepreneurship and economic development. She is President of the Fédération des Associations des Femmes Entrepreneures du Cameroun (FAsFECAM), where she plays a leading role in mobilizing, raising awareness, and supporting women entrepreneurs, thereby contributing to their economic empowerment.
A member of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts for twelve years, she contributes her expertise and commitment to the country's economic and entrepreneurial development, fostering an environment conducive to business. She has been the President of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Ladies Business Forum (LBF), since 2010. She has organized high-quality events and training to promote and enhance women-led businesses, thereby boosting their visibility and impact in the market.
