From my own experiences, and others who ask for my help, I began a very in debt investagation into Chicken House farms.
During this investagation, it became clear that so many people have been done wrong by these houses being forced on them and built very close to them, and that local authorities due nothing to protect those in rural communites from these chicken house being built right on top of them.
I also learned that even under the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT the actual amount of nasty foul waste being pumed into our local ground water, streams, and lake is protected and hidden from the public. In 2001 Arkansas made it LAW that Tyson and Farmers are EXEMPT from the Freedom of Information Act.
yes you heard it, you John public cannot find out how much filth is being pumed right under you.
Each one of these nasty foul houses pumps tens of millions of foul nasty waste into our local water supply.
I learned that Tyson and others like them have no reguard for the communities that these Chicken houses kill., nor do the farmers that sign with Tyson and others.
They do not care about the loss of preoperty value of when these nasty foul chicken house build next to you, and they could car
I learned that Tyson and others like them control the political strings in these rural counties and they Tyson, rely on the fact that these local politicans will turn a blind eye to protecting the citizens they were sworn to protect and will never establish any "setback requirements" county health code rules, that would require a 15,000 feet from property line requirement to any exsisiting home.
This is serious and my heart breaks for those like me that have had these nasty foul houses forced on them and can't do anything about it.
I also wanted my friends to take another close look at Tyson Foods.
I have not and will NOT buy Tyson foods because I know how they are killing little country towns like mine and also killing the enviroment. (more about that as we go and I have lots of information yet to come that will make you sick to know just how bad these chicken farmers and Tyson Foods are poising ourlocal natural water ways, streams, creeks and rivers.
Tyson Foods and each chicken house dumps hundred of millions of gallons of this waste directly into our undergorund aqua ducts and I assure neither the farmer or Tyson cares.
I am a busy man as my friends know, but this is a cause that I personally can attest to that is very real and think about if it was you-no laws, no protection from officals, and all because you have a big food giant that pulls big political strings andrelys that there are no laws, no codes in these ruals areas, and they want it to stay that way.
So this is why we created this page and please stop back by, as I am going to release more and more information that is going to make you dislike what Tyson is doing the environment and how Chicken houses destory other home oweners property values at no fault of thier own.
I must take this up and help those that cannot help themselves aganst this corporate giant.
