Women of Color Changing the Narrative
A Dynamic Global Network for Women of Color Entrepreneurs.
We are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. ODOS Synergy Services Global Entrepreneur Network is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that empowers Women of Color Entrepreneurs toppling barriers and opening access to services to build and grow their businesses. ODOS supports underrepresented and under-serviced women who are tired of the corporate grind.
Our Founder
Lisa Riley, ODOS founder was raised in the San Francisco Bay area and is a former graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Psychology. She is a former board member and youth director of the Silicon Valley NAACP Chapter. She spent several years in gerontology managing the HICAP Health Insurance Program for Council on Aging of Santa Clara County later known as ( Source Wise).
