Recently, we had the opportunity to hear from Steven Francis, owner and operator of Steven Francis Painting.

Steven shared what sets him apart from just another painter — his passion for his craft, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the use of materials he believes in. But what truly stands out is the person behind the business.

Steven brings that same dedication into every part of his life, from coaching his kids’ sports teams to donating his time and serving his community. **Givers Gain** — the idea that when we help others first, we all succeed together.

Miss Jessica Ryan is the true embodiment of that philosophy. You will be hard-pressed to find someone more giving, supportive, and genuinely invested in the people around her.

Jessica is known throughout our community not only for helping people find the right vehicle at Crown Motors, but for the countless ways she shows up for others. Whether she’s buying candy to support local Little League teams, giving her time, or helping encourage others on their journey toward sobriety and a better life, Jessica consistently proves that community is built through action.

Jessica recently earned a well-deserved promotion, which means she has moved on from our BNI chapter. While we are incredibly excited for her next chapter, she will be deeply missed.

Her kindness, generosity, and commitment to serving others have left a lasting impact on all of us. Jessica has inspired us to give more, help more, and care more.

Well, we got a guy that fits the bill, Mr. Trevor Cyphers. Trevor is the owner and operator of All Aspect Tree Service. We recently got a little insights into not only his work, but what drives him most, his family.
