If anyone reading this post knows of a Corporation or Business Owner that is looking for a great tax write off and wants to help make sure that “NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN” have them give me a call ASAP! We are looking for a donation of a 20’ Cargo Trailer to haul bed building equipment and for delivering beds to the kids! For their sponsoring the trailer we will provide them with great marketing everywhere we go in The Greater Redding Area by putting their logo/ photo on the trailer along with our SHP wrap.

We depend on our community volunteers to have successful bed building events! Everything you need to build the beds is provided, no experience needed and plenty to do! We usually build 35 -40 beds at each event in 3.5 hrs. Last time we had 85 volunteers. You can go to Shpbeds.org to sign up on our chapter website! Just be prepared to have a great time and make new friends from our community!

A few days ago, our Redding SHP chapter delivered 2 more bunk beds to help get kids of the floor and into their own beds! What a joy it is to be able to experience the kids excitement of getting a bed and watching them jump up on it, bounce on it and then snuggle in!
