The things you do for family!!
4 pm prep brisket & set alarms:
2 am take 13 pound brisket out of fridge
330am temp the smoker
4am brisket on
6 am spritz brisket
8 am add more pellets and spritz brisket
10 am spritz brisket
12 spritz brisket top off pellets
2pm spritz brisket, check for stalling and wrap brisket.
4pm check that stall was broke and temp is >135 spritz brisket
5pm check temp is >145 take brisket off smoker to rest
Cook side dishes
6pm call the family to dinner β€οΈπ€ππ
