Tomorrow, May 31, marks the most sacred day of Saka Dawa in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition — commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana of Shakyamuni Buddha. This powerful and auspicious time is dedicated to compassion, generosity, kindness, prayer, and reflection.

As this special day approaches, may we all take a moment to reflect on what truly matters and how we can bring more kindness and compassion into the world around us.

We also hope many of you will join us for our Vesak Day Celebration on June 6th from 8:00 - 4:00 at DNKL with the United Sangha Council.
