League of Women Voters of the Redding Area Making Democracy Work. The League influences public policy through education and advocacy. We never support or oppose any political party or candidate.

The League of Women Voters of the Redding Area (LWVRA) is a nonpartisan, non-profit political organization encouraging the informed and active participation of citizens in government. LWV of the Redding Area serves the people of Redding, Shasta Lake, Anderson, and Cottonwood, California and is open to both men and women, at least 18 years of age. We believe that democracy is not a spectator sport and that an informed electorate is the key to a flourishing and dynamic community.

Ballots can be dropped off at drop off locations, at the county elections office, or via a hand-stamped postmark by a postal employee inside a US post office before 8:00pm today!
In-person voting closes at 8pm as well, so go out and vote!
