Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 4th Annual Philanthropy Education Luncheon! And thank you to Margarita Vienneau for sharing a great presentation on estate planning. We love helping North State donors connect, learn something new, and explore ways to make the most of their giving.

✨Board Member Spotlight ✨

Starting off the month with another Board Member Spotlight! Today, we’re highlighting Jennifer Hedman-Chase! Jennfier is a Redding native who has been on the CFNS Board for just over a year. She previously worked in development for the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and pediatric programs at the Stanford School of Medicine, and now she is a stay-at-home mom and volunteer in her community. Jennifer loves the North State because of “the community, the outdoors, great people, and having family close by.” She says that she wants “to continue to make Redding a great place to live and hopefully help make it even better in the future!” When it comes to CFNS, Jennifer wants people to know that it’s “an incredible resource for our community, for those who want to invest in our community, for nonprofits, for students, and for those just wanting to learn more about how to help make our community better.” And her favorite ice cream is cookies and cream!
