PICKLEBALLERS!!
Join us Friday, October 2nd at Sun Oaks in Redding from 5pm-10pm.

Grab your paddle and make a real impact on the court! Whether you're playing to win or just playing for fun, every registration helps provide compassionate care, ultrasounds, and parenting support to women and men facing unplanned pregnancies in our community.

Sign up as men's doubles, women's doubles, or mixed doubles. The event is 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and the tournament is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Food trucks, music and vendor booths will make this an event to remember, plus raising funding for this vital community nonprofit.

Hey Mama.
We see you.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, please know you aren’t "failing" at pregnancy or motherhood—you’re just in the thick of it.

You’re literally growing a human being from scratch while trying to remember where you put your keys. That is a massive job!

It’s okay if your house is a mess, your brain feels like mush, or you’re just not feeling like your usual self today. You’re doing the heavy lifting right now, and it is perfectly fine to just "be" without having to be productive.

-Prenatal care: Seek prenatal care early on! As soon as you think you may be pregnant, schedule an appointment with an OBGYN or midwife!

-Vitamins: Get your folate and folic acid for your baby's brain and spinal cord development! Eat a nutritious diet rich in protein, fruits, veggies, whole grains, healthy fats, and take a daily prenatal vitamin!

-Diet: Avoid risky foods like raw eggs, deli meat, and raw fish. Stay hydrated!

-Substances: Avoid alcohol, smoking, va**ng, and drugs. Limit caffeine intake to about one 12-ounce cup of coffee per day.

-Exercise: Exercise helps with morning sickness and increases energy levels! Aim for about 30 minutes of light physical activity most days of the week.

Reproductive Loss Support Group- a gentle, confidential space to grieve, remember, and find comfort alongside others who understand. Monday evenings from 6pm-8pm starting September 14th- 28th at our office 2021 Victor Avenue, Redding.

Loss can feel isolating. Over three evenings together, we offer a place to share your story, honor what you have lost, and take small steps toward healing — surrounded by care and without judgment.

Open to anyone who has experienced any reproductive loss- miscarriage · stillbirth · infant loss · abortion · failed adoption · infertility · and more.
