First Choice Clinic is a pregnancy medical clinic that offers free & confidential medical, educational & support services to anyone in the Red Wing and surrounding communities. We serve Goodhue, Pierce, Wabasha and Dakota counties.

Our licensed, trained & caring medical professionals provide the following medical services: Pregnancy Testing, Education All Options Counseling, OB Ultrasound, STD Testing,Treatment & Education Prenatal Vitamins In addition to medical services, we also provide the following educational & support services given by our trained, experienced and non-judgmental peer counselors: Pregnancy & Parenting Classes, Life Skills & Money Management Classes, Natural Family Planning Education, Pregnancy Loss Support, Sexual Abuse Support, Community Referrals.
