During the upgrade window, the following systems will be unavailable:

New month; new challenge!

The FOL Book Club will be meeting at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 9 to discuss “Nineteen Minutes” by Jodi Picoult. This June meeting will be held at the CoOp, not the library. The CoOp is located at 2533 Eagle Ridge Road, across from the High School. We will begin at 5pm instead of 5:30pm as we are having a pot luck dinner. We will also be choosing books to read for the rest of the year (August through December). The public is invited to attend. If you inform the library, they will add you to the book request list. The July book is “Born a Crime” by Trevor Noah.

You all depleted our postcards! We have received so many comments on why you love your library. Don't worry, though; we have refilled. Stop in the library before the end of the month and tell us why the library is important to you. You can also grab a postcard and mail it back to us.

Goodhue County Master Gardener Kay Kuhlmann will cover the basics of planting, maintaining, and cold-weather care of Dahlias.

Topics covered will include:
Getting started- planting tuber in pots or directly in the ground
Soil conditioning for maximum flower production
Supporting dahlias with infrastructure
Pruning and ongoing summer maintenance
Fall digging and storage
