Cadets fly their NASA tetrahedron kites as part of learning about Bernoulli’s Principle. They had to figure out the correct bridal point for them to fly properly.

This past Tuesday we did Emergency Services at our weekly meeting. The cadets learned pace counts to be able to calculate distance with their paces. They also learned how to be a member of a search line in which small green "Army men" were used as clues for them for find.

Starting our rocketry program for the year. Cadets made the Alka-Fuji Rockets and had to determine the best alka seltzer and water combination to get the best reactions. There were successful combinations that had rockets launch in excess of 6 foot, while others didn't make it off the ground.
