We had a call today about a lady whose little dog that hit and was still alive, but in a lot of pain and could not afford to go to the vet .I called around. And one of the workers at Southern Hills in creston was aware of a fundraiser that would put $125 toward the initial visit . and then I called Denise at Corndawgs and Redoak and she sponsored $100 from the love Jerry fund to help this dog. As of right now he is home. I’m not sure what all the bets have done so far until they give me a call later tonight or tomorrow, but anyway I want to thank those two people for helping.

Courtesy post these two little boy pups showed up at a friend of mine’s house and she cannot keep them as her husband is going through cancer treatment right now she has her own animals. She’s been watering them and brought them in from this heat, but they have to find a place to go ASAP. Let us know if you’re interested and we will get you in contact with the person who has these pups. They were dumped around her area really early in the morning like 430 a few days ago.

the Shenandoah animal shelter has a lot of senior dogs that are looking for a good home. If you love seniors like we do, please stop by by their shelter.. a shelter is no place for a senior dog. My mom and I went over there to help walk some dogs and clean some cages and they are very sweet animals.. They also have some younger ones and lots of cats that are needing homes.
