Live Well Montgomery County Farmers Market The Live Well Montgomery County Market is a Farmers Market located in Legion Park in Red Oak.

The Red Oak Farmers' Market is a growing 'family' of like-minded individuals whose desire is to band together and draw customers to a gorgeous park in downtown Red Oak on a lovely summer, Thursday evening to offer them exceptional fresh produce, baked goods, jams and jellies, and high quality hand made crafts. To accent this event, we offer helpful hints, samples and recipes for using the fresh pr

oduce with our weekly Celebrity Chef. The vendors also generously donate their items to a weekly harvest basket that is given away during the evening. Our kids events and our many contest activities are planned to bring the community out for a lovely evening in the park, get some fresh goodies, have some fun, and also visit the shops on the square that stay open later.

This Week's Confirmed Vendors:

• The Freed Family Farm - garden plants (mostly tomatoes, but also some herbs, sweet potatoes, and a few peppers)
-produce lots of lettuce, some radishes,
-Baked goods: sourdough bread, cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, ginger molasses), hamburger buns
-Hand dyed yarn
• Garden of Paradise - Peas, Onions, Garlic Scapes, Kale, Radish’s and more
• Hall House Freeze Dried - fruits, vegetables, yogurt, candy, and pickles. We will also have our new line of premium fruits

• Leaf Company - plant starters, air plants, plant cuttings
• Mama Sandy’s Baked Goodies - Cinnamon rolls, brownies (regular and gluten free), dot cakes, mini cakes, and rice crispy. Along with tumblers and crafts
• Peaceful Acres Farmstead - jams, jellies, salsas, houseplants
• Farms - Swedish Rye bread, cinnamon rolls, butterhorn rolls, banana bread, lemon bread, cheese bread, a variety of "big" cookies, and probably some strawberry/rhubarb crisp
• Ridge View Crafter - repurposed china pieces and a variety of seasonal home decor
• Simply French Vintage - Quail eggs, asparagus, bum bags, totes, shorts, coats
• Crafty Chicks - Catnip Pillows, handmade bags, gourds and other handmade items.
