The Jane Ferguson Wilderness Adventures provide unique opportunities for area youth to experience multi-day expedition style adventures in the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness. This summer, we'll be offering two great outings, one for youth entering grades 6-7, and one for youth entering grades 8-10, each adventure being 3 nights in the backcountry. In each, participants will enjoy hands on learning

about science and ecology - exploring everything from aquatic creatures, to geology, to wildlife. They'll also have the chance to build self-confidence, practice leadership skills, and finally, to weave a richer sense of stewardship with the natural world. Most of all, though, the Jane Ferguson Wilderness Adventures offer the chance simply to have fun!!!
