2025 Montana Law Enforcement Torch Run - Red Lodge-Laurel
This will be our 2nd year doing the Carbon County leg, and we are hoping to grow support and fundraising! Erik Olson and Ray K***z will be leading the team! The Torch Run will be in Red Lodge on May 10th and parading up Broadway at 9:00 a.m. Please come out and support our Special Olympic athletes and the officers who are Guardians of the Flame. Let's line Broadway and cheer them on. Mark your Calendars- May 10th @ 9:00 a.m.

You can become a Guardian of the Flame.
As a Guardian of the Flame, you help keep the "Flame of Hope" burning brightly, supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities on their journey to inclusion and achievement.

It is almost here. The Flame of Hope is working it's way across Montana to the final destination at the State Special Olympic Summer Games in Billings, Montana on May 14-16, 2025. The torch will be traveling through Red Lodge, Montana on Saturday , May 10th, carried by officer Eric Olson from the Bridger Police Department and Ray K***z, escorted by officers from the Red Lodge Police Department as well as the Red Lodge Fire and Rescue. Special Olympic Athletes, coaches, volunteers and supporters will be joining the torch run on Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Roosevelt Cdnter and making its way down Broadway and finishing at the Bank of Red Lodge before traveling on via bicycle to Laurel, Montana. The final leg will take the Flame of Hope to from Laurel to Billings next week. We are asking the community of Red Lodge to line Broadway in Red Lodge and cheer on the law enforcement officers and the athletes as they carry the torch to the State Special Olympic Summer Games.
