- We will need a minimum of 6 volunteers (3 for each field) to run the registration & voting table. Volunteers do not need to be players. Please sign up here:

COSTUME CONTEST!
26 October 2024 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

Here are the details:
- Only players may participate
- Costumes may not interfere with gameplay
- Participants must arrive early (8:30) to enter the contest.
- Upon arrival, fill out an entry form and have a photo taken. (players with a 9a game get priority registration)

Voting:
- Voting will go from 9:30-1:30 pm
- Votes are $1 each
- Participants with the most votes win. MORE VOTES = HIGHER AWARDS
- Additional money from voting will go towards the 20th Anniversary Ceremony.

CASH AWARD TO FIRST, SECOND & THIRD PLACE WINNERS (per field)
(Awards are a percentage of the total votes)
- Winners will be determined at 2 pm.
- Awards may be collected on the day of or on November 2nd.

The state Department of Transportation warns the repair could take longer than a weekend, if needed.
