Update on healing ...
So I still don't have my next dr. appointment until middle of October tho doing what I can by myself to get my arm back to normal. I have a good 40% use of my hand as of now which is a million times better than what it was.
I took the board out finally just around the block to shake off the webs and it just felt so freeing to be on a board again. It truly is a form of therapy.
Some awesome projects in the works so definitely stay tuned into what's next during the fall season.
And again thank you to everyone for all of your support and kind words while healing up.

This ride is about so much more than the miles we travel together. It’s about remembering those we’ve lost, supporting those who are struggling, honoring our veterans, and reminding everyone that they NEVER have to fight alone.
Proceeds from this year’s Memorial Ride will help support veteran mental health programs and resources.
