Hello All!

Thanks to everyone that came out on Wednesday, it was a fun successful evening.

I plan to be out tomorrow afternoon planting more, or if to wet, the other option will be some trail work.

Thanks again for a great kick off to the garden!
Peter

Crookston, MN — another meaningful stop on the Heartland Association of Fairs, Festivals and Events YMTD journey.

What stood out in Crookston wasn’t just the conversation about modernizing fairs — it was the shared commitment to building places where young people grow into the Citizens of Tomorrow. When communities invest in their fairs, they’re investing in leadership, responsibility, and connection that lasts far beyond fair week.

Every stop reminds us that progress and tradition can move forward together. Grateful to the Heartland Association for leaning in, sharing ideas, and continuing to strengthen the role fairs play at the center of community life.

Thank you to everyone that came out last night.

In the next month I will put together the tentative planting plan. Please feel free to add anything I miss, or other plants we would like to try.
This will include a row of herbs and spices as well.

The next meeting will have the option to join by zoom.

Thanks again for coming out to join us!

Update:
If the High School Hockey games are postponed, we will be postponed also.

I just ask that if you're interested to keep in touch.

If the games are not postponed, I'll be at the Landing at the Legion after.

Stay warm and safe!
Peter

We are planning on an intro meeting next Saturday after the Greenway game, in RLF at the Legion (Landing), about 6:45.

This is intro meeting, pretty planning, and suggestions on anything we may need to source seed before seedlings start in February.

Hope you all can make it!

If not able to attend, and still interested, keep in touch, and I will add you to the group chat.
