I received this beautiful communication from Megan Fredenberg's Mother this morning and with her consent wanted to share it here with all of you.

If you have ever baked donated or attended a LITTEKEN FAMILY COOKIE WALK this is the answer to what your support has accomplished.

Receiving this two years later after supporting Megan and seeing her accomplish her goals of helping others is an immeasurable gift. A gift that would never be possible without all of you. Your support is in motion -- paid forward.

Megan thank you for reppin' the CRF in Indiana. God Bless you on your continued endeavors ❤️

MAY 1ST brings about a new month. Spring is fully underway bringing about longer, sunnier days of renewal and rebirth.

MAY is also MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH. A time when we can examine and acknowledge that our mind health is just as important as our physical and spiritual health. All three walk synonymously - MIND BODY and SOUL.

I challenge you this month to go easier on yourself. Take time to put your mind to rest and pour nothing but love and good thoughts into your own cups. Essentially I am challenging you to give back to yourself what you put into others.

We become what we think we are. Our thoughts and feelings are not always truths! Take time this month to be extra cognizant of this. Recognize the necessity of checking in with your own mental health and the role it is playing in your overall current well being.

GOOD THOUGHTS ARE POWERFUL - FILL YOURSELF WITH THEM and here this May I wish for nothing more than your invisible wounds to heal ❤️
