CRPA Tehama County is a huge supporter of our local law enforcement (if you haven't already noticed from many of our previous posts)! Pictured are several of our members making a donation to the Tehama County (law enforcement) K9 Foundation at its fundraiser, which was held on July 31 at A&R Meats. There are dissenting opinions, heated dissenting opinions and then the one you're going to read today. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses Judge VanDyke's epic dissenting opinion in the matter of Knife Rights Inc. v. Bonta, a challene to California's switchblade ban that has gone like any other chalenge to a Second Amendment restriction in the 9th Circuit. But now Judge VanDyke has had enough and in this opinion he not only calls his colleagues out, but actually asks that the Supreme Court issue a steady does of benchslaps to this court. It is an epic opinion and one that will eventually become legendary. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
