Thank you to all the teams that came out to play in our first dodgeball tournament! It was a fantastic morning of dodging, ducking, and giving back to our PAL programs.

We’re so thankful to the following teams for joining us:

•Fight Club

After a really exciting game, Anti-Tuff clinched the victory! Huge congrats to the team, and to everyone who gave it their all while cheering on our PAL programs. The tournament was a fantastic mix of friendly competition and generous donations for a cause we all care about.

We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up, played their best, and supported PAL programs and helped to make our first dodgeball tournament a success. We can’t wait to see you all next year!

Saturday August 8th is the last regular swim day of the 2026 season, and thanks to PAL Mentoring everyone swims for Free beginning at 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Empower Tehama is excited to be part of National Night Out 2026 on Tuesday, August 4, from 5:00–8:00 PM at the Red Bluff Community Center!

This is a great opportunity to connect with local law enforcement, community organizations, and neighbors while learning about the many resources available in Tehama County. Stop by our table to meet our team, pick up information about our services, and learn how we support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and stalking.

We are grateful to our law enforcement partners for hosting this important event and for their continued collaboration in building a safer, stronger community.
