Kids Create for Change Guiding kids from diverse backgrounds to find their voices thru artist expression. In partnership with the T.

Thomas Fortune Cultural Center's Education Committee and Fortune Tellers youth program, and members of the UMCRB Church and Society Committee, Education leaders, and senior youth group will provide a series of consecutive programs for children from the local community, ages 8-11, focused on hearing storybooks of identity and justice written by and/or featuring people of color. Each session will ha

ve a discussion time, lunch and a response time that will include an art, writing project. The final session will be a presentation for parents, community and church members.
