UPDATE: The first distribution takes place tomorrow and we are excited! This will be a drive thru pick up. Please just drive up and you will be handed a unit of everything we get! No need to even get out of your car! Enter on Charles Street and exit onto Railroad Street. Remember that this distribution is from 4pm to 5:30pm and when it's gone, it's gone. Please be patient with us as we learn and try to grow this wonderful opportunity! See you tomorrow!

The Readstown Collaborative Partnership would like to announce that they are partnering with Community Hunger Solutions in free dairy and produce distributions in the Village of Readstown.

In February, this free distribution will take place on the 10th and 24th and will continue to take place on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, from 4 to 5:30 pm, at the former Kickapoo Township building,120 W Charles Street, across from the Readstown Fire Station.

This free distribution requires no forms to be filled out, has no income limits, no questions, no strings attached, just free, and is for everyone in the Village of Readstown, Kickapoo Township and surrounding communities.

We would like to thank the Kickapoo Township Board for helping us make this possible and hope that several residents will come and take advantage of this great opportunity to enjoy free locally grown produce and locally made dairy products.

Update we have 20 kids to find someone to sponsor or a cash donation so we can get their wants and needs.

It's people like you that make this possible. You will put a smile on their faces and a place in my heart for your help.

If anyone else would like to donate it's not too late. Can mail a check to 56213 Star Drive Ferryville Wi 54628 Or cash/checks can be dropped off Crazy Franks Flea Markets Readstown.

Or if you like to shop for a child tree located at Crazy Franks Flea Market Readstown with kids ages, gender and wants and needs.

Or just drop off new items at flea markets as well. Personal care items, lotions, shampoo, body wash, bags of candy, socks, drawing pads, candy canes, Pokemon cards, Legos (another big wish) diapers all sizes, gift cards, really almost anything would help.

Readstown, Viola, Soldiers Grove, G**s Mills, Ferryville, Westby, Viroqua.

Another question was ages 0-18 also special needs adults as well.

Sorry to ramble. Just really excited to be able to help so many kids have a Christmas that will put a smile on their faces.

It's that time a year once again. For our Second annual Santa's Angel's. We are working with Crazy Franks Readstown Flea Markets once again.

Last year was such a amazing success. That it's time for all of the elves to come together once again help.

If your family or someone you know needs help this year please stop into Crazy Franks on 4th st and fill out a paper. Or feel free to send a message.

They will be taking monetary donations at both crazy franks locations. Or donations can be mailed. Along with donations of coats, hats, gloves, and new or gently used toys. Please drop off at 4th st location.

Once our angels get signed up we will have shopping ideas / list. If you like to adopt a child or family.

In these unsure times. Families are stressing over paying bills, buying food and then to think how will Christmas be possible. It's people like the many helpers last year that put smiles on many faces.

Great night - great people - great food! Thank you to all that came out and the many volunteers for another successful Readstown Advancement Association Steak Dinner fundraiser. The lucky winners are listed below. 🙂💰
**Update small town fun fact - 3 of the top 4 prize winners and over 2/3 of the $100 winners have current Readstown/Viola addresses. The others were from surrounding communities and our big winner grew up a short 4 miles down the road in Solders Grove. Congratulations Kickapoo Valley!!!
