Reading Berks Basketball Association, Inc. Founded in 1959 as the Reading and Berks Basketball Old-Timers, Inc., the RBBA rebranded in 2013. The RBBA supports basketball in the Reading, PA and Berks Co.

area. It sponsors the Berks County Basketball Hall of Fame and provides financial awards to student-athletes. RBBA bestows the Robert Harbach Memorial Officiating Award to a veteran official who has made significant contributions to Berks basketball. Starting in 2022 the RBBA will award the Dr. Richard Flannery Memorial Award. RBBA also financially supports the West Reading Basketball League Cultural Exchange program with California. The RBBA is 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
