***** Spring Soccer Registration is Now OPEN!!! You can register online at Antietamvalleyaa.org. Registration will be open until January 20th. Any questions please ask.

The Antietam Valley Athletic Association strives to foster youth sports in the Antietam Valley. We currently have programs for Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer. We serve Mount Penn, Lower Alsace, Saint Lawrence, and beyond.

Goodmorning AVAA!!!!!!! It is will a warm heart that I can say basketball season an cheeer season will happen.

After a very productive and supportive meeting last night the Antietam School District and AVAA were able to come to an agreement and move forward.

Thank you to all the School Board Members and community members who had nothing but postive input to say. We appreciate everyone and the continued support that has been shown to us throughout the years!!!!!

Hello Sports Families,
We are reaching out to all of you to communicate about some news you may be hearing. AVAA has been made aware by the School District that we will now need to start paying for the use of the school gyms (Primary Center, Elementary School and MSHS) and the school fields (High School Field and A - Field). This is all new to AVAA as we have not been charged in the past. The fees that we will be charged to use the School facilities would cause AVAA to at least double or more than likely triple the cost of our registration for each sport that we offer. Our fear is that we will also lose many players that cannot afford these high regustration costs. As it stands now with our current registration costs and all fees we pay for our current sports (insurance, ref fees, league fees, uniform costs- certain sports, equipment and field line paint) if we are charged the current fees that are being proposed we would not be able to sustain our AVAA programs due to the high fees. The fees proposed by the School District shows that we will be charged by the hour to use their facilities. We want to let you all know that the AVAA Board is planning on attending the Workshop meeting held on Monday November 21st at 7pm in the Admin Building. We are planning to represent our club and to represent all of our players and families. We are asking for community support in this matter as well. Any support from our AVAA families would be greatly appreciated that evening.

Open gym for basketball will be at Primary Center from 7pm to 9pm

Boys and girls please arrive by 700pm....do not drop kids off before then or allow them to walk to the school before 645pm.
